MTE are a professional children's agency representing talented performers from the Essex area.
We are all industry professionals with a wealth of experience in the Theatre and Film industry. From our experience we think we can provide the best opportunities for young performers in Essex.
With a team who not only have the contacts, but also the skills to make sure each of our clients are fully prepared for each audition.
Here at MTE Agency we offer a bespoke service to both parent and child, to ensure that we really know each of our clients.
As an agency we will only ever accept clients who we think we can get auditions for, and we promise to never put up clients for jobs if they do not meet the breakdown criteria.
The MTE Agency is a separate company, and is in no way financially or legally linked with Music Theatre Essex Ltd.

Does it cost anything to join?There is NO joining fee to join our agency. However if you are successful in joining our books there is a fee applicable for joining Spotlight.

Do I need professional headshots?Yes! But don't worry we will help you through the process of getting your headshots taken, and have regular photography sessions to make this easier for you!

What happens next?You will be notified if your application has been successful within 14 days of submitting your application. Successful applicants will be then contacted to arrange a meeting.

What commission do you take?Here at MTE we take a standard agency commission of 15% on all theatre work your child completes and 20% on any film work.
